Today, let's have a look at some of the incredible work-in-progress demos created for AIKODE, an upcoming NieR-inspired action-adventure/hack-and-slash game being created by a Solo Game Developer ACE using Unreal Engine 5.
First unveiled back in 2021, the game puts you in the shoes of Aiko, a human-like android who is trying to regain her memories while traversing a bizarre futuristic world partly claimed by nature. At the moment, the game is still in its earlier stages of development, with ACE planning to release the final version of AIKODE "within two years". Despite that, it is already possible to get a general understanding of how the game looks and feels, all thanks to the sizeable collection of trailers and in-game demos shared by the developer.
