Beautiful French Town Recreated With Blender & UE5

Inspired by Dinan, a charming medieval town in Brittany, France, Environment Artist Lena Danilova embarked on a project to bring it to life with 3D.

Modeled in Blender and rendered using Unreal Engine 5, the smaller props were sourced from Megascans, Poly Haven, and Sketchfab, as well as crafted by the artist herself. Lena also revealed that she doesn't really speak French, resulting in an inaccuracy on the sign reading Hôtel de Ville, which she added as a last-minute detail without checking its meaning. Nevertheless, it's a gorgeous work that clearly shows the artist's dedication and love.
