Colorful Fireworks VFX Set Up With EmberGen

Jason Key's latest experiment with EmberGen looks like a video game.

JangaFX's Principal VFX Artist Jason Key, who is well-known for creating absolutely marvelous visual effects using the company's flagship product EmberGen, a real-time fluid simulation tool for creating fire, smoke, and explosions, has demonstrated yet another impressive project made with the software.

This time, the artist has managed to set up colorful flying projectiles that look like magical fireworks from a AAA game and leave a trail of green and purple particles behind them. What's more, the projectiles are also capable of understanding the angle of an object they fly into and can be reflected accordingly, making the demonstration shared by Jason look like a bullet hell game.
