Ghost Town: A Beautiful Environment Made With Unreal Engine 5.1

The scene was made to study Lumen in the engine's new version.

Lighting Artist at Reply Game Studios Davide Grimani has recently unveiled Ghost Town – a gorgeous Japanese-style environment made as a lighting exercise. Created using Megascans, custom-made assets, and Unreal Engine 5.1, a recently-released updated version of the engine, the scene features several unique lighting scenarios and some beautiful vegetation, set up by the artist to learn more about foliage and Lumen in UE5.1. According to the project's description, the scene allowed the artist to experiment with Nanite-based foliage and explore different LUTs and moods.
