An extremely rare occurrence.
It's extremely rare for Microsoft to intervene and delete Xbox achievements, but this is what seems to have happened with Homestead Arcana, a farming simulator released in April.
As spotted by TrueAchievements, the game's "impossible" You Can't Be Too Prepared achievement is now missing, which apparently can't be done by developers after the achievements are published, so it must have been Microsoft answering Serenity Forge's request.
Many players will be happy about the news because You Can't Be Too Prepared is deemed unachievable as it requires players to make one of every craftable item in the game, which takes a lot of time with hundreds of items in the game. But what makes it truly impossible is the recipe for Green Ankle Boots, which "wasn't showing as available to craft, despite being awarded to players. It was this one recipe that was seemingly stopping players from unlocking the achievement, making it unobtainable."
So you can now get 100% completion from the game once you do every other achievement. Could Microsoft do the same for other games? Why not, but don't get too used to it.
