The creator went to twitter to say that he’s in the final stages of negotiations about the Diablo animated show, co-produced by Activision Blizzard and Netflix. However, the tweet was later deleted. Maybe negotiations weren’t that final after all.
We have no idea what’s the show is going to be about. No details of the story, or the animation style were revealed. We do know that Andrew Cosby works on the new reboot of Hellboy, so he definitely knows something about hellish creatures.
It was reported earlier that Netflix was also making a show based on the Witcher series of video games.
