Toivo Glumov and Natalie Kayurova have recently released their St. Petersburg pack, based on Allegorithmic’s Material Layering shader.
The location consists of modules, with which you can create any level you want. Procedural materials will allow you to change the resolution, colors and textures of objects. The material layering shader provides high detail and allows you to use your own tile-materials for any object.
