The model is created by German Rasskazov.

Take a look at this Optimus Prime from the Bumblebee movie created by 3D Artist German Rasskazov using Cinema 4D, Substance 3D Painter, and Redshift.

The model was made from Gerald Blaise's concept art.

Rasskazov shared that the development required a minimum of kitbashing – about 70% of the character was modeled from scratch. It took the artist around 2.5 months to make it. The model has a rig and textures set up for Redshift.
