The developer of the new VR superhero game, Omnifarious Studios, shared the news via Reddit.
"After years as a solo developer, my VR Superhero Game "Project META" finally has a Steam Page and a Playable Demo! Download now to fight Ninjas, Robots, and Masked Agents, or just fly around the city!" the user wrote.
According to the description of Project META on Steam, it is a physics-based, combat-heavy VR game. In the game, you become a true hero and gain a bunch of awesome superpowers you can mix and match. Those include Strength (which allows you to toss stuff around like it is nothing), Flames (you can throw flames or even breathe fire down on your enemies like a furious dragon), Spider (in case you were obsessed with Spider-Man as a kid and kept trying to get spiders to bite you and give you the special abilities), and many more.
You can fly, swing, shoot, and fight your way through the game and collect weapons and abilities as you go. In Project META, you can use the environments to hurt your enemies even more and destroy more things as you play (who knew VR therapy for anger issues could be so much fun?).
