GSC Game World released official in-engine footage of long-anticipated S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.
The developer of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 decided to sweeten the end of 2020 and reveal their first short gameplay teaser. While we cannot see much of the gameplay itself, the footage shows "how the game actually feels: fast-paced change of scenery, ominous landscapes and the ever-present feeling of an inevitable danger", as the developer says.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is claimed to have one of the biggest seamless open worlds, a decision-based non-linear story with multiple endings, and elements of horror. The release is expected in 2021 on PC and Xbox Series X.
