sultim-t Releases a Ray-Traced Version of the First Half-Life

The Black Mesa Research Facility has never looked prettier.

Software Developer Sultim Tsyrendashiev, a.k.a. sultim-t, continues the series of neat mods that improve the visuals of old-school games by releasing Half-Life 1: Ray Traced, a new mod that adds real-time path tracing to Valve's original 1998 Half-Life game, enhancing the game's lighting and making the Black Mesa facility and its surroundings look prettier than ever before.

According to the developer, the mod is compatible with the Steam version of the game and hasn't been tested on AMD GPUs. You can check out the mod's source code and download it for free by visiting sultim-t's GitHub.
