The Making of Star Wars: The Last Strand

Sekani Solomon shared a behind the scenes video of his short fan film called Star Wars: The Last Strand. Check it out!

Famous Cinema 4D generalist and designer recorded the production of his recent project, a short fan film called Star Wars: The Last Strand. It took him 3 years to finish the project. During the production, he worked in various tools, such as Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Substance Painter, Redshift, X-particles, Adobe Suite.

Initially, stormtroopers are portrayed as silly creatures. In the short fan film, Sekoni wanted to show stormtroopers as skilled fighters that face an unknown enemy. To show the battles in an interesting way, Sekani used dynamic camera angles and focused on the moments that we don't usually see in the original Star Wars series.

Star Wars world expanded a lot recently. In November 2019, Respawn Entertainment launched the Star Wars Jedi: Faller Order video game. Following the premiere of Disney + streaming service, original series The Mandalorian based on Star Wars universe was released. You can watch the series here
