Urban Jungle is coming on March 21.
Kylyk Games, the indie team behind the vibrant, cozy gardening simulator Urban Jungle, has brought great news for casual gamers: in just ten days, Urban Jungle will be released to meet the long-awaited fans.
If you missed our previous articles about this game, "an oasis of tranquility" created by a team of three, Maria, Kiunnei, and Kirill, Urban Jungle is a cheerful, intuitive game with a chill atmosphere. You decorate small houses and apartments with plants and transform them from concrete boxes into a green haven. Through the environment, you will be able to follow the life story of the protagonist, who grows up before your eyes, changes places, and evolves as a person and plant lover. In addition to the ultimate decoration and customization experience, you'll also be able to interact with some elements in the environment, such as a humidifier and lamp, to alter the ambiance of your apartment.
It's such a shining point how Urban Jungle translates the desired gardening and decorating experiences into the game, and this won't work without developers' focus on details: Sunlight streams through the window, adding warmth to the room; the plants react as they are moved and placed; a book serves as a diary to record collection progress, and the falling rain or the floating leaves enhances the overall mood.
At the end of last month, the game proved its appeal, receiving an unbelievable 100k wishlist on Steam. If you haven't tried out the game yet, we recommend you download the demo version from Steam and add it to your wishlist if you feel healed. Before you go, check out some of the newly shared clips:
