Valve Has Multiple Games In Development

Valve designer Greg Coomer confirmed that the company is working on some exciting games.

While we might never see Half-Life 3 or Portal 3, Valve hasn't stopped making games altogether. In fact, Valve designer Greg Coomer said right now the company is developing several titles, although he didn't mention what they are.

In an interview with Axios, Coomer shared his excitement saying:

"There are multiple games in development right now at Valve, and I think they're pretty exciting ones."

This is not the first time Valve talks about development. Back in 2021, Valve's president Gabe Newell said the same thing:

"We definitely have games in development that we're going to be announcing – it's fun to ship games."

The company hasn't shipped any games since then, aside from a playable short Aperture Desk Job, but what it did ship was its own handheld PC Steam Deck. Interestingly enough, the device will not have exclusive titles, so whatever Valve is working on, you will be able to play it even if you don't have Steam Deck.
