Description
- Finish high quality animation, mocap cleanup related work, based on project requests, including action/expression/prop animation, involving multiple styles of characters, creatures, monsters, etc.
- Communicate with PMs/senior management, estimate timelines and adhere to plans, analyze and assign different tasks
- Guide/train the animators, review assets, and ensure project quality control and reduce the feedbacks
- Research new technology/software to facilitate the development of animation team
Requirements
- 3 years+ animation experience in game/film related industry
- Solid animation skill, familiar with animation principles, such as timing and rhythm
- Proficiency in Maya, knowledge on 3dsMax, MotionBuilder, Unreal/Unity, experience in mocap clean-up and rigging/skinning is preferred
- Good time management and communication skills to ensure work is completed with expected quality and time
- Passion for animation, with good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and patience, good teamwork spirit
