Dungeons of Blood and Dream is a dungeon crawler with roguelike details by Lori Vornoy reminiscent of old-school games.

It follows the story of a powerful Blood Wizard who happened to be trapped within the Mind Prison. He has to find his way out using unstable sleep magic while fighting skeletons, zombies, slimes, and other ghastly creatures, discovering secrets and treasures, and seeking advice from bizarre locals. The game features weapons with unique powers, like rings, whose effects depend on what finger the ring is on.

Many other features and levels can be unlocked further in the game, as well as secret rooms and areas with their own boss fights. It also has procedurally generated dungeons and potions with effects that change from one playthrough to another. There are multiple endings so that the gaming experience will be diverse and interesting each time.

The latest update to the game expanded the in-game world with a new secret ending, two secret levels and bosses, new rings, enemy types, and a new NPC, as well as introduced four novel soundtracks and much more. In the following updates, the developer plans to improve performance and balance and extend the shop.
