LogIn羅夢氷 shared a new look for their original character.
This hairstyle, which changes color at the ends to resemble flames, was created for a VRChat avatar by 3D Artist 羅夢氷 also known as Ramice. It was inspired by a 2D concept and incorporates several particle effects, with the idea behind it being that the character's hair burns when they get angry.

While 羅夢氷's profile description says they don't have plans to sell character models or avatars, you can still purchase their designs, like this hairstyle featuring fluffy braids (unfortunately, not burning):
