You can build the entire urban infrastructure, adding houses, shops, and natural elements. The game's world is inhabited by the city's residents, who lead a full life with their families and friends. By developing the city, you can create a bustling community and add more towns, helping the whole region to improve and evolve.

The game features unique graphics, as picturesque sunlit views of a European town unusually combine with appealing voxel-style visuals. There are two modes, story and sandbox, and you can choose whether you prefer developing the economy and the community or wish to focus on setting up the environments and allocating the infrastructure elements with pixel precision.
