Improved Modeling Symmetry Is Coming To Blender's Hair Tool

Check out some of the latest updates to the popular add-on.

For those unaware, Hair Tool is a widely-used add-on that streamlines the creation of low and medium-poly hair models. It allows you to generate and model hair cards, bake textures with channel packing support, create manual or automatic UVs, and generate bones, including a built-in jiggle preview. With over 30 fully procedural hairstyle presets you can easily start your hair modeling projects.

In this new video, Bartosz Styperek aka Jose Conseco, the developer of Hair Tool, teased some progress on improved symmetry for hair modeling. The latest major update to the add-on, released this autumn, added support for Blender 4.2 and higher, along with a variety of new features. You can learn more in the overview below:
