Salvador Dalí Recreated in String Art Style with Geometry Nodes

Ernestas "higgsas" Grigonis shared the nodes setup.

Motion Graphics Designer and Digital Artist Ernestas Grigonis, also known as higgsas, showcased this fascinating demo featuring a string art effect created using Blender's Geometry Nodes.

The artist has crafted a complex effect of string art, which is challenging to achieve even in real life, by using Geometry Nodes tools, demonstrating a high level of expertise in 3D art. By intertwining and overlapping the strings, the creator made realistic portraits, including those of Salvador Dalí, Albert Einstein, and Audrey Hepburn.

You can also try the effect and create your own portrait and setups in this captivating style, as the artist has generously shared a Blender file.
