The project was created by CoolioArt.
CoolioArt, a Freelance 3D Artist, Character Modeler/Rigger, and perhaps the most avid dinosaur fan the 3D community has ever seen, continues bringing the pre-historic reptiles back to life in a digital space with a new exciting project.
In a short demo shared recently via Twitter, the creator showcased an impressive 3D wings rig made for a low-poly digital model of Confuciusornis, a feathered dinosaur closely related to modern-day birds. According to the artist, the project was set up using Blender, a free and open-source software encompassing 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and VFX capabilities.
