Studio Ghibli forever inspires artists, and this will likely not change any time soon. Another tribute comes from Ankoku, a game development studio, which recreated the Ōtori-Sama bath scene from Spirited Away in Unity.
These adorable duck-like creatures won't leave you unaffected, both in Ankoku's animation and in the original footage you can see below.

If you want to see how Ankoku managed to do this, the dev kindly provided a breakdown of the layers in the video above. It took them 12 layers to get all the details right.
