Take a look at this beautiful rain animation crafted by 3D artist Salman for a stunning stylized street scene created in Blender.
"As the rain kept falling and the night went on, the city stayed lost in midnight. Its secrets hid under the dark sky, waiting for anyone brave enough to explore its streets."
Salman also demonstrated different stages of development, so you can see what it looks like in the Viewport, with shadows, ambient occlusion, bloom, and mist pass applied.
