Magical Procedural Blossoming Flowers Created with Blender's Geometry Nodes

A new work by Alex Martinelli.

Alex Martinelli has come back with another incredible procedural project created with Blender's Geometry Nodes. This time, you can witness flowers blooming right on your screen.

The petals use Hair nodes' attributes, like the Roll curve, which make them look alive and natural. Martinelli shared a behind-the-scenes look at details like phyllotaxis and instancing on his X/Twitter.

Martinelli always creates outstanding art and simulations, like realistic flock dynamics, procedural crystals, and famous paintings made with a hair system.
