Artist Shows How to Use UV Sets in Substance 3D Painter

Some wisdom by Anastasia Kukosh.

Substance 3D Painter is a powerful software that many professional artists and hobbyists use, but there are still secrets to uncover.

Anastasia Kukosh shared a handy tip not many users know about the tool, explaining how you can work with UV sets in the app.

In a short video, she demonstrated how to make textures align with UVs properly. You need to make a UV set in your preferred software, import your model to Substance 3D Painter, add a fill layer with your pattern, choose the UV set projection option, and adjust the texture as you wish.
