Delicious Pizza Materials Baked in Substance 3D Designer

This mouth-watering artwork was made by Federico Brunetti.

3D Material Artist Federico Brunetti has recently shared a new collection of materials that can literally affect your subconscious and create an irresistible urge to order some Italian. Meet Pizza Napoletana, a set of realistic-looking 3D pizza materials featuring seven mouth-watering options – Margherita, Marinara, Tonno e Cipolla, Bufalina, Salsiccia e Friarielli, Napoli, and Diavola. According to the artist, the materials were set up with Substance 3D Designer and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag.

"Uè Uagliò! Here is my pizza menu served by Federico Pizzeria. Here you can find the real Pizza Napoletana," commented the creator. "A base of well-baked dough, some procedural tomato sauce with a layer of mozzarella, and two leaves of fresh basil cooked in the wood-fired oven Substance Designer! Buon appetito!"

It is also worth noting that the project is, presumably, still WiP. Besides the seven toppings listed above, the "menu" render shared by Federico also features a mysterious "Procedural Pizza" item, hinting at the possibility that we'll see even more incredible dishes in the future, perhaps even a procedural pizza generator.

And here are some behind-the-scenes shots shared by the artist:

Earlier, the creator also made fantastic Pasta Carbonara and Cannoli Siciliani materials, which look just as delicious as the pizzas:
