Hadi Karimi, a talented 3D Character Artist, known for his highly realistic 3D portraits of famous people and recreations of paintings in 3D, showcased a new work, which is a 3D model of a baby's head. As stated by the artist, the model was commissioned by Mortarhead for the Netflix series "Sweet Home" Season 3.
The photorealistic artwork features a small baby, subtly capturing emotions and facial expressions. In a comment to his LinkedIn post featuring this work, Hadi shared that child models look simple but take more time to look believable. This 3D model was created using Maya, ZBrush, and Arnold. The artist shared footage of the workflow on his Twitter account:
