Tutorial: Importing Terrain Data into Unreal using Lidar & Houdini

Here's a great new tutorial on importing high-quality terrains into Unreal Engine.

A beginning YouTuber Undini shared a great new tutorial where the author shows the fastest way to get cinematic terrains in Unreal Engine using Lidar and Houdini without sacrificing the quality of the end result. In this tutorial, Undini shares the entire pipeline of making a massive outdoor environment, from setting up the Unreal Engine world, to working with Lidar and Heightfields in Houdini, to finally importing the terrain into the engine. According to the author, the entire process should take about 30 minutes from start to finish.
