Fan-Made Version of DC's Deathstroke Sculpted with ZBrush

Hafez Yadollahi shows a retexture of his older work.

3D character artist Hafez Yadollahi presented his version of Deathstroke from DC Comics – in sleek black coloring.

If you are experiencing a sense of deja vu, don't be alarmed: perhaps you've seen this model before but in a different color. Yes, the artist retextured his original project, so now you can choose which one you like more.

"I really like testing different lighting scenarios because I believe it can give a character a new feel," Yadollahi said, and I have to agree – the new version looks quite a bit different from the previous one.

If you want to know how he created the character with ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, and Maya read our interview where Yadollahi shared his workflow and explained how he came up with Deathstroke's depiction.

Yadollahi has many other great works, like this Diablo-inspired Red Sorceress made in collaboration with Arezou Hajian, on his ArtStation
