Clip Studio Paint Ver. 3.0 Features Layer Comps

The latest version of the widely popular digital art software Clip Studio Paint comes with enhanced 3D features, workflow improvements, and new finishing and processing tools, followed by the release of the updated handheld shortcut device Tabmate 2.

For those unaware, Clip Studio Paint is one of the most popular drawing and painting programs, a wonderfully versatile and robust software, suitable for artists of any skill level. Clip Studio Paint is often described as the ideal marriage of Adobe Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI and is referred to by digital artists as the ultimate drawing program.

In particular, it's popular among manga and comic artists since it comes with a wide variety of customizable tools for making drawn stories with ease like Perspective Ruler or Frame Border Tool. It's also an all-in-one animation software, adopted by 2D animation studios around the world. CSP offers a huge library of free materials that allows users to browse and directly download brushes, 3D models, or even workspaces.

Just yesterday, Clip Studio Paint rolled out a new version, introducing new features like improved 3D models and integration with Posemaniacs, layer comps, export in WebP format, new filters for finishing touches, and many more.
