It seems that strong sales of Dragon's Dogma 2, Street Fighter 6, and other titles from Capcom's catalog have led to an upward revision of the company's profit forecast for fiscal 2024, which ended on March 31.

The revised sales forecast shows an increase of 8.9% to ¥152.4 million (approximately $979 million) and a net profit boost of 8.3% to $278 million. A detailed report outlining the achievements of the previous financial year is set to be released on May 9.

While specific details on recent game sales figures were not disclosed, positive outcomes were highlighted in relation to Street Fighter 6 and Dragon's Dogma 2.

Earlier this year, Capcom revealed that they had sold over 3 million copies of Street Fighter 6 and more than 2.5 million copies of Dragon's Dogma 2. Adding to the mentioned above, the sales of Resident Evil 4 Remake exceeded 7 million copies.
