Twitch Streamer Shows How to Play Palworld Using Brain Activity Only

Another hands-free gaming session from Perrikaryal.

When you think about unusual approaches to completing video games, one name that instantly pops to mind is Perrikaryal, a Twitch streamer widely known for playing games using nothing but the power of her mind. Through a specially designed electroencephalogram (EEG) device that scans her brain activity and translates it into in-game actions, Perrikaryal successfully played and beat FromSoftware's Elden Ring in the past and even scored some frags in Valorant and Halo.

A few days ago, the streamer utilized the upgraded version of the EEG device to conquer none other than January 2024's most notable title, Palworld, using brain activity to perform gameplay actions in "Pokémon with guns".

As noted by Perrikaryal, the enhanced gadget allows for four mental commands, enabling the wearer to hit and click on objects, handle interactions, change weapons, throw pal spheres, jump, and build – all by simply looking at a screen and thinking very hard. Additionally, the creator leverages a gyro and eye-tracking software to handle movement and aiming. You can watch the full VOD by clicking this link.

And here are some other games the streamer played with her brain:
