A Psychedelic UE5 Game From the Creator of a Renowned Fluid Simulation Add-On

Krystian Komisarek showcased a Niagara-based 4-dimensional cube created for an upcoming game.

Krystian Komisarek, a Developer most of you probably know as the creator of Fluid Flux, a renowned fluid simulation solution for Unreal Engine, has recently showcased a neat 4-dimensional cube, a.k.a. Tesseract, created using Niagara for an upcoming game Glitchphobia.

For those unfamiliar, Glitchfobia is an experimental, psychedelic puzzle-platformer developed by Apply Damage and published by Thirsty Skeletons. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game sends you into an unstable reality, filled with glitches, space distortions, and other perception-challenging things. Your task is to escape the twisted world by finding ways to exploit different glitches.

Glitchphobia's main premise is its reliance on a psychological approach to players, leveraging their typical habits and behaviors. According to the devs, the game masterfully exploits familiar gaming and real-life standards to introduce the 'glitch', thus altering game mechanics beyond traditional logic and expected patterns.
