You Can Finally Wishlist This Magic-Infused World War I-Inspired Shooter

Trench Tales put its Unreal Engine 5-powered effects into a story-driven experience.

Embark on a mysterious adventure set in a dark alternative world between WWI and WWII where you have to deal with not only guns but also magic. Trench Tales lets you wield unique powers while traversing chilling Gothic landscapes and destroying undead soldiers.

"You step into the shoes of the lone warrior, summoned to this desolate realm by enigmatic forces, with a mission shrouded in secrecy. Your purpose: to unravel the enigma of your summoning, confront the malevolent powers that brought you here, and ultimately, carve a path back to your world. Navigate through treacherous landscapes, uncover secrets, and battle relentless foes as you embark on an unforgettable journey of survival, discovery, and redemption."

The developers from Talking Drums promise an unforgettable wartime experience and historical intrigue surrounded by atmospheric architecture and devastating battlefields. To help you cope, the game offers a variety of superpowers, including the ability to slow time, unleash bursts of energy, heal wounds, and see through walls.

Magic is not the only power you have: there is also an arsenal of handguns, machine guns, sniper rifles, and heavy weapons. You can modify barrels, stocks, scopes, and grips, making each run different from the last.

To survive this world, you need the right weapons and strategic thinking as new encounters might be like nothing you've dealt with before.
